The Colour and the Shape

Other than being the title of one of the most important albums of my life, they are what draw me to these shots.  The subject is irrelevant to me, its more about the texture, color and the emotion that these pictures bring.

I’ve been messing around different arrangements of these shots as triptychs.   I sometimes wonder how/where this work will stand among the rest of my material.  I doubt these shots will ever be in galleries but they can exist on the walls of doctors offices and hospitals once I get my non-profit off the ground.  Business plans were so much easier when I just mowed lawns and washed cars…all you needed was gas and soap.

If any of the great people over at Carl Zeiss want me to endorse their fine products, I would be glad to…anyone?
